so i have a stomach flu. can't i just stay healthy for a spurt of time? come on, mr. immune system, do your job.

have i mentioned how much i love my kickboxing class? it feels so good to hit that motherfucking bag. the instructor was totally impressed with tracy, kelly, and i. nothing like letting frustrated twenty-somethings kick and punch large objects. and ohhh the crunches! being forced to do 360+ crunches is invigorating. it's not like i'm going to stop and wimp out in front of all of these completely beautiful, tone girls. oh so fun.

so both goldfish died this morning. right before my eyes. first, they start swimming upside down, then they just die. no shit. poor feeesh.
