things that make me (semi)happy lately:

-losing 10 lbs in 2 weeks by eating nothing but crackers, grilled cheese sandwiches, tortilla chips, lettuce and water (thank you, depression diet)

-my dog sleeping on her back with all 4 legs up in the air

-11 days of rain (minus 1 sunny, humid day)

-2 hour phone calls to someone i used to know

-pooping

-tv movies & reality shows

-ambien & xanax = excellent sleeping cocktail
